John Hickenlooper in his first State of the State speech today managed to strike the right balance between being the pro-business, anti-regulatory jobs creator and a protector of the environment who will continue former Gov. Bill Ritter’s “New Energy Economy.” So say analysts from both sides of the political spectrum.
