Anti-abortion rights marketing group Heroic Media is expanding domestically and internationally, officials said Saturday during an “inaugural District of Columbia benefit dinner,” held in Bethesda, Md. – part of an effort to raise money for anti-abortion advertising in the Northeast this spring.

In response to the upcoming Heroic Media/Dillard's fashion show, black women’s groups have spoken out against Dillard’s for partnering with Heroic Media, which asserts in its ads: “The most dangerous place for an African American is in the womb."

Next month, anti-abortion rights advocates will gather for two hours of prayer, lunch and spring wear -– all made possible by Dillard’s.
