Udall again votes against Obama deal on tax cuts, unemployment benefits

U.S. Sen. Mark Udall, D-Colo., Monday joined eight other Democrats in opposing the extension of Bush-era tax cuts as the Senate moved the measure forward in an 83-15 procedural vote.
