Deepan Dutta, CU NewsCorps

Deepan Dutta is pursuing a Master’s degree in Journalism at the University of Colorado, Boulder, and covers politics, social justice, and immigration issues in Colorado. He is also a licensed attorney, having graduated from the University of Colorado Law School in 2010. He was born and raised in New York City and lived for seven years in his ancestral homeland of Bangladesh. He now lives in Denver with his dog Bubbles, who is his constant companion and harshest critic.
