For those scratching their heads after the crucial Affordable Care Act ruling from the Supreme Court of the United States yesterday, the folks at Courts Matter Colorado have put together the following explainer video, complete with battling robots:
The 6-3 ruling in King v. Burwell means that 6 million Americans can continue to get subsidies on their health insurance through the federal government, even if their states decide not to expand Medicaid and create an exchange. Colorado did build its own exchange – so the ruling has limited impact here.
