This chart has been making the rounds on social media, partly because it’s a good chart — it selects key components of a very complex law and presents them in easily digestible portions — but also partly because it’s a product of the Commonwealth Fund, a foundation dedicated for a century to improving the nation’s health care and mainly through efforts to win more care for the most vulnerable members of our society.
