In what appears to be a wagon-circling move by longtime party insiders, the Clinton and Obama campaigns are exercising their “right of refusal” powers — essentially rewarding only the most fire-breathing, unswayable supporters among the thousands of people applying to become national delegates to represent their states at the Democratic National Convention in Denver.
