It’s the end of December – time for the monthly Bob Schaffer for U.S. Senate Web site watch. And guess what? The presumptive Republican nominee has a new “letter” up asking for money. The bad news is, after eight months in the race, Schaffer’s site is still so rudimentary he doesn’t identify any of his positions on actual issues.Beginning back in June, then in July, then in August and September, we wondered why Schaffer, a former three-term Congressman and current member of the state Board of Education who wants to represent all of Colorado in the U.S. Senate, was running.
