Hundreds of school board races and ballot issues are up for grabs this fall, and, no matter where you live in Colorado, today, Tuesday Oct. 9, is the last day to register to vote in the Nov. 6 election. The Secretary of State maintains a handy dandy website that connects voters and want-to-be voters with all of Colorado’s 64 counties. Click here to navigate to the master map to determine which county you’re in and where you’ll need to go to get registered.
Click here to get to a page of questions and answers about voting in Colorado – including how to register, what information you need to provide to register and what to do if you’re a student or in the military.
And click here for answers to questions about who’s eligible to vote, and when people who have committed crimes and put in their time get their voting rights restored. (Note: In Colorado, you have the right to vote after you have served your sentence, including parole.)

NOTE: The day has been updated in this story to reflect the Tuesday registration deadline.
