Today is the last day for Denver voters in Districts 3, 7 and 8 to cast their ballots in the city council runoff election. The candidates are JoAnn Phillips and Paul Lopez in District 3, Chris Nevitt and Shelly Watters in District 7 and Sharon Bailey and Carla Madison in District 8. Ballots must be dropped off by 7 p.m. Visit the Denver Election Commission Web site for drop-off locations.
