One more tidbit of information on that survey of Eagle County residents showing about 50% support for a $2 to $3 million early childhood education proposal.

Eagle County Health & Human Services, shows that of the people surveyed, the proposal had support among 62 percent of Democrats, 49 percent of Republicans, and 55 percent of Independents.
That’s obviously healthy representation from all parties. It gives credence to the idea of a “purple” Colorado as described in this article by Ryan Sager in The Atlantic magazine.
