Let’s visit Washington D.C. where our Colorado Republican Congressional delegation of Marilyn Musgrave, Tom Tancredo and Doug Lamborn make the weighty decisions for the rest of us. Thank goodness, most of the time they are outvoted by the Democratic side of Mark Udall, John Salazar, Ed Perlmutter and Diana DeGette.

The three Republican Congressional comrades from Colorado, Marilyn Musgrave, Doug Lamborn and Tom Tancredo have taken Nancy Reagan’s advice to “Just Say No” to about every piece of legislation presented by the Democrats. Most likely their negatives will end up positives for their opponents in 2008.

Congress doesn’t have time before recess to get much done-except, apparently, to push through an National Rifle Association (NRA)-backed bill that would undermine the ability of the federal government to crack down on gun dealers who violate the law. The bill has the the support of several members of the Colorado congressional delegation.
