Union Pacific Railroad to pay $1.5 million for oil, coal spills, other EPA violations

Union Pacific Railroad Company will pay $1.5 million for six alleged oil spills in Colorado, Utah and Wyoming and for three coal spills in Colorado, the Environmental Protection Agency announced today.
