A Denver man arrested for threatening to set fire around Democratic Sen. Michael Bennet’s office and shoot members of his staff will appear in court again on Thursday. John Troy Davis, 44, reportedly faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine for making the threats last week.
