I honestly think they should try and catch the big fish, because the smaller one can't do anything without him. However, they the Justice Department seems to be satisfied with very small victories while teenagers end up in a<a href="http://www.casapalmera.com" rel=follow rel="nofollow"> Drug Treatment Center</a> every-day (in the optimist ending).
