There's something fishy about Grand Junction and Republicans Fish marriages explain why there's a diversified gene pool at Mesa State.

If these marriages end up in divorce, there will be an easy way to divide the kids. "Heads," Dad gets them. "Tails," mom does.

First it was Janet Rowland picking on sheep. Then it was Bob Beauprez training elk. Today it's young Republicans marrying goldfish. Now, who has the fetish with animals?

Let's not forget to thank the Grand Junction Daily Sentinel for giving us this fish tale on the front page of the second section. Are "scales and tails" the new Republican mantra for the week?

Maybe already there is something strange in Grand Junction's water system. Janet Rowland lives there. Bob Beauprez made his "move elk not gas wells" announcement from there. And Mesa State is located there, too. You know, Grand Junction is downstream from a couple of old uranium mine sites....

what I wanna know... Which of the freshman Mesa State Young Republicans was charged with determining the gender of the goldfish for the marriage ceremony and how did the fish hold a pen in his/her fin to sign the certificate?
