		<description>This whole water issue is just a decoy.  Oil shale will not dry up the West as Big Enviro&#039;s lobbyists claim.  Even under the most water intensive scenarios, there is plenty of water for a reasonably sized oil shale industry.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Water is simply the latest issue opponents are using to try to kill off the resource.  Once it is proven there is plenty of water, they&#039;ll move onto the next issue.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Big Enviro is simply anti fossil-fuel.  But, the fact is that even with super-aggressive development of renewables, we&#039;ll still be dependent on oil for decades to come.</description>
