I am sorry but this is the worst case of abuse I have seen. I can not believe that this person sued this child over an “accident”. You are skiing. What a shame. I am sorry Shimm family you had to go through all of this. I can't even find the words to describe how embarrassed I am for the adult who filed this claim as if he was the child.
