Given this country's current economic circumstances that is hardly worth the cost. Oh, and about those CBO estimates. They are FICTION! Under the proposed legislation before THE HOUSE the TAXES to pay for it start immediately but the BENEFITS DON'T; not until 2013. Therefore, if you start your 10 year accounting from the time both taxes AND benefits kick in, the cost is more than DOUBLE the 1 plus TRILLION CBO estimate! This bill needs to be SHREDDED!
