		<description>Type your comment here.  No one in their right mind disagrees that those inmates should have been released.  Even Ritter&#039;s people have to have a bitter taste defended their boss.  The question is what did Penry do as Senate Minority Leader to deal with the budget issues or the massive population growth?  One thing I do know is that when Scott McInnis was House Majority Leader he tackled such issues head on before they got out of hand.  And on the day the release was announced,  McInnis I&#039;m told called the Governor personally and wrote him a letter.  Did Penry?  Or did he do his usual posturing and bashing?</description>
