I,m not a member of UFCW. I dont know what a LLC is. As far as unions being the reason for me not getting a pay rise, I have to laugh at that becuase I work for the state,and unions may be the only reason I will get a raise. They are trying to outsource my job with private for profit prisons. and its my opinion that political kick backs are the main appeal to politicians on this, why would Correctional Corp of America buy a $6,000.00 steer from one of the Beauprez family? for breeding? for prison food? right. If conditions dont change soon the state might have to privatize the prisons. Then you will get what you pay for. I see more crowley county type riots and I'm sure expenses will only go up. I dont know if you are so anti union because you are an employer or you had a bad expirience as a union member. If employers treat thier employees fairly and pay then a living wage I would think they would have very little to worry about as far as unions go because no one would see the need to join one in the first place.

Knuckle, you want UFCW thing too right...fat cats against/you for. With passage here is what you get.

1. I see a business opportunity for running even more contract labor. Many will plan for lots of LLCs with 19 employees. Tough to unionize in that outsource environment baby.

2. By voting on UFCW proposed measures, just what will workers need from corrupt unions. They certainly won't be negotiating any real health care packages?

3. When workers learn unions are the reason they have not had a pay raise in ages they'll think, hum time to move to WY or vote NO on their card check organizing plans. That image repair thing will be costly for corrupt unions who sell labor peace with blackmail.

4. Time to start ratcheting down the new membership targets too. Tell Sweeney and Stern that you plan to see zero growth beyond the new state unionized workers.

YES on 47. Shouldn't all Coloradans enjoy the equal rights when it comes to union membership? Lets give rights covered by the Governor's policy on Right to Work to all Coloradans!

Vote YES on 47, shouldn't all Coloradans enjoy the right to choose, the right our Governor gave state employees last November?

I hear you...grunt quit kicking the third leg. I know...just my little personal issue. The unions in education and government (civil service) are bad business, just like for profit government.
