This fellow has a loose cannon for a mouth, do we really need him running around the world representing the United States?

Some time ago I saw a a desk ornament with the words:

"Caution, be sure brain is engaged before putting mouth in gear".

Someone should get him one for his desk.

It's quite apparent why he was in the bottom one percent of his class at the Naval Academy.
