No one believes that Birthers would pay $100,000. No one believes Birthers in anything that they say. Obama has posted and shown to both FactCheck AND Polifact the official birth certificate of Hawaii. Yes, the short-form certification of live birth is now the official birth certificate, and it is the ONLY birth certificate that Hawaii sends out (http://www.starbulletin.com/columnists/kokualin...). Since Hawaii no longer sends out the long-form birth certificate to anyone, Obama cannot authorize its release. He can only authorize the release of the birth document Hawaii does send out, which is the one he has already released.
