		<description>&lt;strong&gt;For some bizarre reason&lt;/strong&gt; every city in the world (well, most) feels to the need to control the number of taxis.&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;They don&#039;t control the number of hairdressers, clothing stores, restaurants.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;I have never understood the rationale&#160; for this. It just drives prices up and service down.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;This battle in Denver is between the established taxi companies and the (recent immigrants to Denver from Ethiopia, Eritrea) entrepreneurs. We should all root for the ones who wish to start their own businesses.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

		<description>&lt;strong&gt;Crossing Fingers&lt;/strong&gt; Hopefully this bill will pass.&#160; Taxi service in this state is horrible.&#160; I&#039;d be more than happy to use any company that can show they can actually provide decent service compared to what the big 3 offers.</description>
