Abortion, Anti-DP, Oil and Gas Off Ballot

Supporters of ballot initiatives to ban late term abortions, to ban relationships for gays similar to marriage, and to use oil and gas taxes for education (the last a proposal backed by State Senate candidate Chris Romer) all failed to submit the required signatures to the Secretary of State today.  A housing growth initiative and a proposal to limit contributions on ballot issues also failed to make the ballot.
