nygirl – it was proven by documentary evidence and eyewitness accounts that the killer knew Angie' status at least 36 hours before the murder. It's probable he knew for longer, as they met through a BISEXUAL dating site, and the killer went to great lengths to conceal the evidence there. There was ample proof that Angie never concealed her status from anyone.// There was no evidence that Angie ever had sex with him, of any kind. The DNA tests on her body would have detected that. The only evidence for any sexual activity was a vibrator that the killer had inserted in himself “where the sun don't shine”- none of Angie's DNA was on that either, and there would have been some from her sweat. // The killer lied about not knowing Angie's status, lied about sex, lied about even knowing her, lied about running in panic rather than stealing her stuff, lied about stealing her car… but you believed him. // Why is that? Is it because you know that all trannies deceive, that they're sexually promiscuous, and didn't bother following the trial, or are you deliberately lying too? I think that just because you would do things like that, you assume Angie would too. It's not enough that she be slain, you must libel her, and all trans women, after her death. // You say you're not anti-gay. But you're certainly transphobic. This was NO hate crime, the fact is that if JUSTIN would have been HONEST about the situation there would be a big possibility that he would be alive but since he decided to attract men based by LYING to a man that's clearly homophobic. I do not condone what Allen did, nor am I anti gay. You can live your life whatever way makes you happy as long as you are HONEST. in today's society there are alot of crimes, but when you are going to meet someone from the internet you must think about possible consequences. Allen's anger & rage took over him as it would any man that had just found out he was intimate with a man, I do not agree with Allen repeadedtly hitting Justin with the fire exstinguisher, and then trying to cover up the crime but this was NOT a hate crime, there was NEVER any premeditated murder weapon, no motive, no INTENT and I do know that whenever there is a HATE CRIME there IS INTENT!!! if you ask me Justin's lie cost him his LIFE! Who knows if he would have told the truth maybe Allen would NOT have agreed to MEET Justin. Hopefully this will be a lesson for all transgender people that want to continue to lie to men they meet.

Given the facts of the case, I don't see how the jury and judge could have decided otherwise. This was a cut and dry case of a brutal, pre-meditated murder. The motivation behind it only made it all the more hideous. This monster got what he deserved. Justice has been served.

“When asked whether he wanted to say anything, Andrade replied, “No.”” This is a man who has shown absolutely no remorse for his actions and no compassion for Angie's grieving family. Life in prison without possibility of parole is the only appropriate sentence for someone who kills another human being without giving it any more thought than if he had thrown a Big Mac wrapper out the car window.
