What this represents is much more than a warning to Doug Lamborn, it represents the demise of Chuck Gosnell's legitimacy in Republican circles. Gosnell (The Christian Coalition of Colorado) has played loose with people's reputations in more than one race, in more than one part of Colorado, not just your Congressional District. This letter was implicitly a “Dear Chuck” letter.

An amazing development and a clear warning to Doug Lamborn and his supporters. If Lamborn's endorsers also remain silent, if the low-ball tactics resume in 2008, it's also a warning to them to disavow the tactics even if they do not disavow their candidate.
