If anybody ever deserved to die it would be him for his heinous, show no mercy crime against an older woman he kidnapped off a Denver street. He had committed a similar crime before, but did not murder the victim.<br>The death penalty may not be a deterrent to others if Frank Rodriguez is executed but it will damn sure be a deterrent to Frank Rodriguez.
