The Center for Media Research has released a study by Vertical Response that shows just where many of these ‘Main Street’ players are going with their online dollars. The big winners: e-mail and social media. With only 3.8% of small business folks NOT planning on using e-mail marketing and with social media carrying the perception of being free (which they so rudely discover it is far from free) this should make some in the banner and search crowd a little wary.

As a Hispanic business owner, I love this wonderful melting pot called The United states. I hope the world can overcome hate and bigotry. Now that we have our first Black president, lets hope people can see more clearly. This wonderful world of technology and trees slowly will bring forth progress in our social understanding.

Hate speech is no accident. It is there as a red herring to distract the listener from the real issues affecting their lives. This country has almost no other history but hate- against blacks under slavery, against Indians as the US invaded and took the land at the point of a gun, the same with Mexicans, who are also Indians, against “communists” without having any idea of what a communist is, against “terrorists” who remain unidentified and generic, against, as Rosanne Barr said, “all those Mexicans trying to sneak back into their country”. It could be said that this country's greatness was built on hate. But looked at another way, radio announcers tap into ignorance that is lucrative. They do it because it pays, just as evangelists preach the gospel because it pays. Even though it is couched in moralistic terms, money is at the bottom of it all.

Hey, it's time to deport Europeans back to Europe. If they can't or won't get along with others then it's time to send them back to “their” homeland. Then build a wall around the continent so they can't get out. Then they can drug, hate, inbreed, rape, loot etc. all they want. I'm sure the native peoples of the Western Hemisphere, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii and Southeast Asia would welcome the idea………

I wonder what exactly they consider “false facts, flawed argumentation, divisive language, and dehumanizing metaphors”.

I know that these groups don't like the ACCURATE and LEGAL descriptor of “illegal alien”. I know they don't accept the FACTUAL description of “criminal” for foreign-born identity thieves. I know that they honestly believe that the ONLY reason someone would oppose illegal immigration is because they're racists who fear and despise all hispanics. And they refuse to discuss whether illegal immigration harms American workers by lowering wages, eroding safety standards, and shrinking the job market. I'd be willing to bet that THESE kind of statements are what they want to shut down.
