We were the victim of a fraudulent home loan through WaMu. They got bailed out, but we got foreclosed on. We make too much money to file and they are now coming after us for the balance due. How is this fair? The big guy gets bailed out and the little guy gets their whole life turned upside down. Our only hope is that they change the law so that we can go on with our lives!!! Please help!!!

What bipartisanship, what about us, who voted for you? Because Mr. President in the final debates with Sen. John McCane you said that you and your team will implement the bancrupcy reform in terms of giving the power to bankruptcy judges to make changes to the existing home loans, which drove people into bankruptcy to avoid foreclosers and losing their residences.
