When did she call the JCEA and refuse the contribution. Was it last month, or was it the day the reporter called and asked about it? I suspect she was holding on to both the CEA and JCEA checks, as well as the Trial Lawyers check until after the last reporting period for the Primary, knowing the reporting of the contributions would hurt her campaign. That is illegal under the full and timely disclosure provision of the Campaign Finance Act.</description>
