Lender and investors are really against loan modifications, because they're only looking at the current bottom line, when in reality, foreclosures, and the overall decrease in housing prices (if these loan mods don't happen) will do a lot more to bring down the value of their companies if they were actually encouraged to happen.<br><br>It's disgusting to see these greedy wallstreet guys running things, and on such a short-term mentality. They did an unbelievable job and lowered my payment significantly.
