		<description>While a connected and participatory information ecology offers great and still unforseen benefits,&lt;br&gt;we&#039;re still lacking the principle thing here: committed dollars to pay for the&lt;br&gt;hard work for long-range investigative and beat reportage.  A person can&#039;t accomplish&lt;br&gt;this work in their spare time.  We&#039;re needing the kind of&lt;br&gt;thing that exposes breaches in ethics of those in power. We see what&lt;br&gt;decades of news resources available for this has delivered.</description>
