Shouldn't they get some benefit as well? Why is it that this country rewards failure? Most people who have any common sense knew or should have known what they were getting into when they signed on to a loan they never should have had. The mortgage broker is also at fault and hopefully with all these problems it will put these bad lenders out of business. What about all the good homeowners who are struggling but paying their mortgage every month? Shouldn't they get some benefit as well? Why is it that this country rewards failure? Most people who have any common sense knew or should have known what they were getting into when they signed on to a loan they never should have had. They did an unbelievable job and lowered my payment significantly. The 2 payments I was behind got pushed to the end of my loan and I am current with Chase again. <a href="http://Rapidmodify.com">Rapidmodify.com</a> was easy to work with, they responded quickly to all of my questions and got the job done in under 2 weeks once I put in my paperwork.
