A very disappointing failure. I voted Obama, and for amendment 46 because he IS black in our president elect. A sad day when blacks wag their tails in a white mans face and veterean of two wars who can't get a job and the black who is wagging his tail has two jobs. Sad that blacks and women are both racist and sexist in this state in this day and age and sad that we have serious problems now, cause the smell of revolution is becoming more apparent to take out our states predominate assembly.

“Shot down?” a a difference in percentages of 1%? Looks more to me like “eek out” might have been a better headline–but then that's just me seeing a liberal bias in the media.

This smells really fishy.
The voting map is almost a color negative of the presidential results.

Most counties that supported McCain voted NO on Amendment 46.
That is very improbable. Given the interest of election fraud specialists ACORN and BAMN in this measure, I think an investigation is in order.
