So 47 didn't pass, and we have both a black President and head of the State Legislature yet the majority believes we still need Affirmative Action Laws? This must be be the same majority who wrongly believe the current state of the economy was either the Bush or Republican's fault rather than the Democrats who started the "everyone is entitled to home ownership" policies under Clinton. A democracy must have an educated electorate or it will fail, which is what is happening as we slide down the slippery slope of socialism.
