Ms. Norris Goes To Washington

I’m taking some liberties in the title of this story since I’m a huge Frank Capra fan and my great-grandparents grew up with Jimmy Stewart in the tiny hamlet of Indiana, Pennsylvania. So, we’re virtually like family.

This morning, I depart for my first ever visit to our nation’s capitol.
